Miles Nielsen and the Rusted Hearts are one of the most talented bands active today. Led by free-wheeling frontman Nielsen, they’ve been wowing audiences for years with the diversity of their sound, the tightness of their 4-part harmonies, and the quality of their songcraft. Equally comfortable in a compact 3-minute pop song and an epic 10-minute jam, the band has toured incessantly since their inception in 2011, amassing an army of hardcore followers that have dubbed themselves the Rusted Herd.

Following the release of 2016’s “Heavy Metal,” which debuted at #6 on the Billboard Heatseekers ENC charts, the band embarked on a number of national and international tours. The 5-piece outfit, made up of Nielsen (guitar/lead vocals), Daniel James McMahon (guitar/vocals), Adam Plamann (horns/keyboards/percussion/vocals), Dave McClellan (bass/vocals) and Jeff Werckle (drums/percussion) has continued to write and record new material, putting out the EP “In the Meantime” early in 2019.

Produced by Duane Lundy (Sturgill Simpson, Justin Wells, Ben Sollee, Vandaveer) and named after an imaginary friend Nielsen had as a child, their newest effort “OHBAHOY” features the band’s strongest work yet: a stunning collection of ballads, guitar rock anthems, and danceable pop songs sure to give listeners all the feels. Don’t miss them on their return to Europe this November! Tour dates available here:
